MEASURES FOR EXPANSION
DELEGATION IN LISBON (Rec. 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, May 8. Tass Agency reports from Lisbon state that General Sperry, commander of the Luftwaffe in Western Europe, has arrived at Lisbon incognito. His visit is ostensibly connected with a German civil aviation delegation, but it is suggested that the delegation is concerned with widespread measures to expand Atlantic and Mediterranean air bases.
