TRAINING COLLEGE
REQUIRED AS HOSPITAL (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Feb. «, The Auckland .Teachers’ Training College, now in use as an auxiliary hospital, is not to be handed back to tha Auckland Education Board at the end o t this month as was formerly anticipated, but is to be retained by the Auckland Hospital Board. . By a majority vote the hospital board to-day decided to inform the education board that it regretted it could not sea its way clear to hand the college back in view of the present situation and because the college would be used for war purposes in Auckland/ The resolution added that the college would be handed back at the first opportunity.
