CONSCRIPTION ISSUE
CANADIAN PLEBISCITE OTTAWA, Jan. 27. Mr Mackenzie King announced that the Government plan for conscription would comprehend measures to increase the supply of man-power available for war industry, the armed forces, and war production on farms. The Government would provide without delay machinery for holding the proposed plebiscite.
