J. van Mook. is already in Washington, and Major-general Dyxhoorn and Rearadmiral Termijtelen. Chief of the Netherlands Naval Staff, also went there from London. Dr E Michiels van Verduynen, the Netherlands Minister in London will be in charge of foreign affairs during the absence of Dr van Kleffens.
