UNSETTLED CONDITIONS Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensiling 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate to fresh west to northwest winds; weather unsettled, with general rain developing; moderate temperatures. Further Outlook. Southwesterly change early on Wednesday. Weather in Dunedin.—Fine., warm weather was experienced yesterday morning, with a light north-east breeze. The temperature reached a maximum of 73dsg. In the afternoon the sky became overcast, . and early in the evening rain fell heavily and continued all night. The barometer rose to 29.70 in (1006 millibars) at midnight.
