UNSETTLED CONDITIONS Forecast for Otago.—The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensiling 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Moderate to fresh west to northwest winds; weather unsettled, with general rain developing; moderate temperatures.
