MR MONTAGU NORMAN
RESIGNATION PROBABLE (Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. The Daily Mail’s financial correspondent says Mr Montagu Norman may announce his resignation at the Bank of England’s annual meeting to-day. His friends believe he would have resigned sooner but for the war.
