“LIPSTICK PATROL”
WOMEN MILITARY POLICE A CURB ON MAKE-UP (Rec 8 p.m.)- LONDON, Sept. 16. Girls in the uniformed services who apply too much make-up for " walking out" will soon have to answer to the " lipstick patrol." This is the unofficial title of women police who will be attached to the Women's Auxiliary Air Force and the Auxiliary Territorial Service. The police will also watch for slovenly dressing.
