The German Commissioner for Security in the Netherlands is confiscating all the.property belonging to the Dutch Royal Family under a decree providing for the confiscation of the property of persons fostering anti-German sentiments. In announcing this, the German News Agency said: ''The former Queen Wilhelmina from afar heaps insults on the head of the Reich and the German Army while exhorting the Netherlanders to deeds of violence against those in occupation."
