At the Addington market to-day values were well maintained in most sections. Store Sheep.—Tile market was the most animated for some time. Open-woolled ewe hoggets sold in one instance at 32s and other pens of finer wools at 26s 6d and 265. Good two-tooth halfbred ewes in lamb sold at up to 32s 7d, and other ewes at 30s 3d. while ewes and lamb:made up to IBs 7d (all counted). Spring lambs sold at from Is 2d to Is 3d per lb, and the prices ranged from 30s to 41s. Fat Cattle.—Four hundred and sixtythree were penned, compared with 544 last week,' and again a fine collection ol prime beef was offered Heavy prime steers made from £2l to £24. prime heavy £l7 10s to £l9 10s, prime mediumweight £l4 10s to £l7, and inferior down to £lO 10s Outstanding heifers made from £ls to £lB 12s 6d. and good £l2 to £l4 10s. Best beef made from 43s to 46s per 1001 b. good from 41s to 43s and rough down to 30s. Fat Sheep—A small entry of 3000 heaa. compared with 3750 last week, Wethers were in heavy suoply and held last week's values, but ewes were a little dearer High-quality sheep from the south made up most of the entry. Good wethers made from 33s to 365, tops to 425, and ordinary and medium-weights 27s to 325. Good ewes sold from 24s to 28s, besl to 32s fld, and prime medium-weights 23.to 26s 6d. Fat Pigs.—A poor selection of porkers but values were maintained. Prices ranged frcm £2 4s 6d- to £3 7s Gd: average per lb. to 9*d. Bacpners met with a keen sale, with prices from £o 7s Gd to £5 10s 6d: average per lb. 6Jd to 73 d.
