COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES OUN T Y NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Clutha County Council on Tuesday, July 29, 1941, it was resolved by way of Special Order as follows: As provided in Sec. 22(2) Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, as repealed and substituted by Sec. 23 Finance Act (No. 3), 1934, to' make all future repayments oa Loans a charge on the General Account of the respective Ridings, and not on specified districts as formerly. The said Resolution will be SUBMITTED FOR CONFIRMATION to the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 30th day of SEPTEMBER. 1941, at the Clulha County Chambers, Balclutha. A full copy of the Order is deposited at the office of the Council in Clyde street, where same will be open for inspection during office hours, until the said confirming meeting is held. A. K.
