JAPANESE IN LONDON
NUMBER RETURNING HOME LONDON, Nov. 4. One hundred and seventy-one Japanese left London on October 31 to join, a special Japanese liner for home. The party included the Japanese Consul-general in London, Mr Uchiyama. Five hundred Japanese are remaining in Britain.
