CLASHES ON FRONTIER
RUSSIANS AND RUMANIANS LONDON, June 25. (Received June 25, at 10.30 p.m.) The Budapest correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says foreign military authorities and diplomatic circles have been informed from Bucharest that Rumanian and Russian troops clashed at several points on the Dniester frontier. Over 100 Russian planes carried out reconnaissance flights over Bessarabia. The Rumanian authorities refuse to comment.
