Lord Mayor's Fund A message from London states that only £6OOO is needed to bring the Lord Mayor’s Red Cross Fund to £2,000,000. Two large gifts yesterday were £ 100,000 from the American Red Cross and £20,000 being the balance of the proceeds from Flag Day, which has already paid in £75,000.
