ALEXANDRA Rugby Football The following is the draw for the second round of the Vincent Rugby Football Sub-union's competition:— June 10.—Tarr'as to Alexandra (Mr Hotop). Wanaka to Matakanui (Mr Arnold), Cromwell a bye. June 17.—Cromwell to Wanaka (Mr Jolly), Matakanui to Tarras (Mr Harris). Alexandra a bye. June 24.—Matakanui to Cromwell (Mr J. At the annual meeting of the Central Ota/jj Electric Power Board Mr W. Bringans was re-elected chairman. Mr G. L. Stevenson, of the Railways Department, Auckland, has been visiting Alexandra. Winter Sports Club

The fourth annual meeting of the Alexandra Winter Sports Club was presided over by Mr M. Warhurst. The annual report and balance sheet were adopted. The latter showed an expenditure of £SO 6s 9d, and receipts of £55 12s Bd, leaving a credit balance of £5 6s.

The election of officers resulted as follows: —Patron. Mr J. J. O'Kane; president, Mr M. Warhurst; vicepresidents—Messrs R. Hewitt, A. T. Stewart and A. B. Armour; secretary and treasurer, Mr G. G. Calder; Executive Committee—Mesdames W. A. Bodkin, G. R. Campbell, A. T. Stewart and J. Lunn, Misses S. Cameron and N. O'Kane, and Messrs J. R. Ear-, waker, K. Symons. J. Wilson, W. McDonnell, J. Russell, B. Provo, A. E. Ellis, C. Robertson. J. O'Kane and A. Percy; club coach, Mr J. Wilson; auditor, Mr C. F. B. Nightingale. It was left for the president and the secretary to approach members from Clyde and Cromwell to act on the Executive Committee.

The question of having a delegate to the annual meeting of the New Zealand Ice Skating Association at Christchurch was discussed, and it was resolved to ask Mr M. E.
