GERMAN CRUISE SHIPS LONDON, May 30. The fact that German soldiers returned from Spain ■ in five " Strength Through Joy" vessels confirms the opinion frequently expressed in naval circles, says the Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph, that the vessels are disguised troop-transports.
