LAMBETH WALK

NEW RIVAL DANCE THE "ROLL SKIP" COPYING LONDON, May 30. A new dance, the "Roll Skip," which dancing experts are sponsoring, and which will, it is hoped, put the Lambeth Walk in the shade, will emerge from the 14th World Dancing Congress in Paris. It is invented by dancers themselves, who interpret the band music with their own steps. Its final form will be decided by public voting as to the couple inventing the best step.
