COUTTS.—On June 7, 1939, at Dunedin, George Bruce, dearly beloved husband of Amelia Eleanor (Nellie) Coutts, of Montague street, Ravensbourne; aged 62 years.—The Funeral will leave the residence To-morrow (Saturday), the 10th inst., at 2.30 p.m., for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery.—R. McLean and Son, funeral directors. GIFFORD.—On June 7, 1939, at his residence, 48 Austin street, Wellington. Captain A. G. Gifford, beloved husband of Lizzie Gifford; in his seventy-seventh year; late of Busta, Shetland. “ Safe home in port.” "Absent from the body; present with the Lord.” HISLOP.—On June 8, at Vauxhall road, Devonport, Auckland, John Hislop, beloved husband of Gertrude Hislop, and son of the late John Hislop, jeweller, Dunedin. Deeply mourned. RATTRAY.—On June 8. 1939, at his residence, “ Kilnaraora,” Dunedin, Charles William Rattray; aged 76 years.—Private interment. REEDER.—On June 6. 1939, at Dunedin. Philip Reeder: aged 76 years. “At rest.” —Private Interment. —R. McLean and Son, funeral directors. WIN.—On June 7, 1939, at Nelson, Bessie, beloved wife of Richard Mervyn Win, and youngest daughter of Mrs and the late Mr Alexander Fraser Mclntosh, of 311 Castle street, Dunedin. Deeply mourned.
