'COMPANY.MANAGER'S ACTION MANIPULATION OF FUNDS (Pee united Press association) AUCKLAND. June 8. Pleading guilty to the theft between December, 1937, and May, 1939,' of amount totalling £342 odd, Walter Kenneth Reeve, manager and secretary of. the British and Foreign Trading Company, was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was fixed at £l5O. Charles D. Low, managing director, said that when he asked Reeve about ascertain cheque, he said: “I have a confession to make. I have been wanting to make it for some time." ;He said he, had been manipulating the company’s' funds, and wished to help to clear the matter up. He had been employed by ness for 10 years. .0
