AWARDED £lO3l DAMAGES JUDGMENT AGAINST MOTORIST (Per United Press Association) NAPIER, June 8. Special and general damages amounting to £lO3l were awarded an eight-year-old boy, Cyril Olsen, of Pukehou, for injuries resulting from being struck by a motor car in July, 1937. The defendant, Arthur D. Liddell, of Palmerston North, was granted leave to appeal against the decision within 21 days.
