OMAKAU
Golf During the week-end a numoer of players from the Kaitangata Club paid a visit to the Omakau Club. Several matches were arranged, resulting in a narrow victory for the local players. On Saturday a bogey match will be played, the draw being;—Men: Alexander v. Butcher; Maslin v. Alpine; L. Wallington v. Lucas; Gardiner. .v. Scoylar; Harper v. Haig; Morgan v. Deaker; C. Wallington v. Truesdale; Innes v. Donnelly: Naylor v T. Clouston. Ladies: Mrs Naylor v. Mrs Butcher; Mrs Lucas ,v. Miss Butcher; Mrs Scoular v. Mrs Beattie; Mrs Harper v. Miss Oaten; Mrs Scdrgie v, Miss Harvey; Mrs Oaten v. Mrs Maslin; Miss Beattie v. Mrs ■Wilson; Mrs Wallington v. Miss Wheeler; Mrs Truesdale v. Miss Lory; Mrs Nevill v, scorer.
