CITY POLICE COURT

In the City Police Court yesterday a youth, who was represented by Mr E. J. Anderson, appeared before Mr J. R. Bartholomew. S.M., on a charge of wilful exposure in a public place On the application of Senior Sergeant Claasen, a remand until Monday next was granted, bail being allowed in the accused's own recognisance of £SO and one surety of £SO. Suppression of the name was ordered until the facts of the case are gone into.
