URGENT NEED FOR REVISION OBJECTION RAISED TO LOAN (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June (5. Objection to the raising of £435,000 for the Hutt Valley Hospital was recorded by the Wellington City Council to-night- on the motion of the Mayor, Mr T. C. A. Hislop. The ground of the objection was that in the council's opinion there was urgent need for the revision of the means of raising taxation for hospital purposes., It was stated that the hospital levy was increased by £32,000 last year, and that the proposed loan would mean an increase of at least another £IO,OOO.
