NON-AGGRESSION PACTS REPLIES FROM POWERS SEVERAL REJECTIONS (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) BERLIN, May 17. (Received May 17. at 11 p.m.) The Finnish reply to Germany’s offer of a non-aggression pact was handed to the Foreign Office yesterday. The Swedish, Norwegian and Danish replies will be handed over at noon to-day. It is that Sweden, Norway and Finland completely rejected the offer, stating that their foreign policy was based on strict neutrality, which they were determined to maintain They saw no reason why they should enter into a non-aggression pact with any single power. Denmark alone expressed willingness to negotiate on the German offer.
