GROUPS TO REPORT The following groups will report for work with the Works Department at 7.45 a.m. tp-day:— 62 —Surrey street, at Wycolla avenue. 67—Maryhill terrace, at English avenue. 75—Cavell street, at Botha street. 78— Wharf street, at tip. 79 Cavell street, at Botha street. 81—Wickliffe street, at Sturdee street. 90—Surrey street, at Wycolla avenue. 1402M—Wickliffe street, at Sturdee street. Princess Beatrice was presented by the people of the Isle of Wight with a novel gift to mark both her birthday and her forty-first year as Governor of the island. It was an ancient chamber organ which she had desired to own 'for a long time. It is believed to have been played by the 15-year-old Princess Elizabeth, daughter of Charles I, while she was a prisoner at Carisbrooke Castle. The organ, which bears the date 1602, belonged to Lady Maud Warrender, who. although she valued it highly, agreed to sell it for £4OO for the presentation.
