Spoon-stirring is Useless. DESSERT TABLE JELLIES.—Use only half the stipulated quantity of water and make up with Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry. Can be used in jollies of all flavours or colours. The' fine strong, natural juice flavour will overwhelm any existing chemical, ones in so-called Jolly crystals. By' the addition of Thomsons’ Loganberry the jelly crystals will be converted into a food product instead of a doubtful luxury. After making, note the fine flavour, deep, natural colour, and the delicate texture of the finished product.. WHOLE FRUIT DESSERT TABLE JELLIES. —Use only half the stipulated amount, of water, and make up with Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry. This will considerably improve the colour, flavour, and food value. , y ORDINARY JAMS AND JELLIES.— Add a quart bottle of Thomson#’ Pure Loganberry to a pan of any jam or jelly. It should be added just prior to bottling and well stirred in. It improves the flavour, colour, texture, and keeping qualities of the product.
