ANTI-AIRCRAFT DIVISION COMMANDER APPOINTED (British* Official Wireless) RUGBY, Nov. 30 (Received Dec. 1, at 5.5 p.m.) Major Sir Frederick Pile, 'who from 1928 to 1932 was Assistant Director of Mechanisation at the War Office, and until last year commanded the Cana] Brigade in Egypt, has been appointed commander of the first Anti-aircraft Division of the territorial army.
