STERN MEASURES
" SIT-DOWN " STRIKERS ROUTED DRIVEN OFF WITH CLUBS NEW YORK, April 10. (Received April 11, at " p.m.) At Columbus (Ohio) deputy sheriffs, armed with clubs, ejected 75 men and women cfter a two-day " sit-down" strike in the office of Governor Davey They demanded a 50,000,000 dollai relief appropriation. Five were sent to gaol and two are suffering from cuts on the head and are in hospital.
