THE SUGAR MARKET
INTERNATIONAL NEGOTIATIONS SUB-COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, April 10. (Received April 11, at 9 p.m.) The bureau of the International Sugar Conference has appointed a sub-committee consisting of M. Spinase, of France, and the United States delegate, Mr Norman Davis, who, in collaboration with other prominent delegates, will get into touch with all the delegations for the purpose of arriving at proposals which may serve as a basis of agreement.
