MILITARY CORDON ROUND TOWN JERUSALEM, August 18. The inhabitants of Jaffa must remain in their houses for 21 hours from 8 a.m. to-day, partly as punishment for the murder of the Jewish nurses and partly to prevent clashes between Arabs and Jews.
