ITALIAN DELEGATES AN IRONIC SUGGESTION LONDON, June S. One hundred Dalian delegates, under instructions from their national trade organisation, which disapproves of sanctions, boycotted the Oxy-acctylene Welding Congress in London, whose British members were anxious to repay the lavish hospitality extended to them in Rome in 19U4. All the Italians refused the invitations, ironically suggesting that Haile Sellassic should be invited.
