Voungfarmers from clubs in many parts of tlie North Island are in camp at Solway for a week of instruction organised l>v tlie Wairarapa Provincial Council of tlie movement. This evening the visitors were avoided a civic reception in the Town Hall by tlie Mayor (Mr T. Jordan i, who stressed the need for the establishment of a farm school at Penrose so that young farmers could receive instruction in farming pursuits. Tiie week will he occupied in. visits to farms and other places of interest, and a series of lectures and addresses on fanning subjects has also been arranged.
