ALTERATIONS TO SEVEN LONDON, March 13. (Received March 13, at 10 p.m.) During the coming financial year seven out of the 15 British capital ship 3 will undergo large alterations involving an outlay of £2,689,000. The ships include the Warspite, on which nearly £1,000,000 will be spent, the Malaya, the Nelson, the Repulse, the Revenge, the Renown and the Royal Oak.
