SOCIAL CREDIT LEGISLATION EDMONTON, March 6. (Received March 8, at 5.5 p.m.) The first social credit legislation introduced by Mr Aberhart, calls for a royal commission to formulate proposals to increase the purchasing power of the eon : sumer by means of social dividends, compensation discounts, or other means, and the payment to the producer of a just price with a fair commission on turnover. It makes no mention of a payment of 25 dollars a month dividend. •
