RADIO CHURCH’S MEALS FOR POOR. Throughout the winter and spring months the Radio Church of the Helping Hand (conducted by Uncle Leslie and Uncle Don) has supplied the needy with hot soup, coffee and biscuits. Thousands of men and women have received these meals, for which the charge is a penny, but those people who could not even afford the penny were never turned away.
