DICTATORSHIP HINTED AT VIENNA, October 28. (Received Oct. 29, at 1 a.m.) A dictatorship for Prince Starhemberg is the general interpretation of his speech when reviewing 30,000 uniformed Hcimwehr at Linz. He said: "I command you to be faithful to your supreme leader. I feel responsible for the future of Austria." It has been reported that Prince Starhemberg announced to his closest friends that he intends to become Regent.
