FRONTIER DISPUTE
A JAPANESE THREAT LONDON, October 20. (Received Oct. 21, at 8 p.m.) Tlie News-Chronicle’s Moscow correspondent says, in connection with the Mongolian-Manchnkuo frontier dispute, that General Kanki, the leader of the Japanese delegation which is conducting negotiations, threatens to march on the Mongolian capital, Ulan Bator Hoto, and forcibly settle the dispute unless his demands are promptly accepted. These entail the establishment of six frontier observation posts, whereas the Mongolians contend that two are sufficient.
