Mr C, Sew Hoy. scorer for the Grange Cricket Club's first grade team, was the recipient of a presentation on Saturday afternoon. The presentation was made by Mr W. A. Rowland, who referred to the services given to the club by Mr Sew Hoy as official scorer. Dr W. A. Priest, who has accepted an appointment at the New Plymouth Hospital, was presented with a fountain pen by Mr A. W. Sinclair on behalf of the University Club's senior grade team on Saturday afternoon. Both Mr Sinclair and Mr W. J. Strong said that Dr Priest had made noticeable progress in cricket, both at the Otago Boys' High School and the Otago University. ~ „ . . Dr J D. Cottrell (Dunedin district commissioner), Mr A. J.
