(Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 28. An unsuccessful attempt to dispose of about £ll worth of wool he subsequently admitted having received, knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained, led to John Henry George Burt, aged 28 years, being fined £5, in default one month's imprisonment. He also admitted btealing a quantity of petrol, valued at 6s 6d, from cars left unattended ,at Otaki and was fined £2, in default 10 days' imprisonment. On a charge of stealing about eight sacks of wool, of an approximate value of .£B, at Matapiro, Hastings, he was remanded to appear at Napier on Friday. A supplementary Gazette issued this evening contains regulations relating to aircraft services under the Transport Licensing (Commercial Aircraft Services) Act, 1934.
