VESSELS IN COLLISION

BOTH BADLY DAMAGED PREDERIKSHAVN, October 17. (Received Oct. 18* at 5.5 p.m.) The C. B. Pedersen collided with the Swedish steamer Halland, and was badly damaged. She was kept afloat by her wood cargo and is lying at anchor with a salvage steamer alongside. The Halland arrived at Gothenburg with damaged bows.
