MUTINY OF GUARDS RUTHLESS SHOOTING (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SHANGHAI, September 19. Another piracy outrage is reported from Tientsin, involving piracy and the looting of a passenger vessel on the Sungari River. Mancbnkuo guards employed aboard the steamer Yuaukinng suddenly mutinied, ovorpo.wercd ihe oflicers and crew, and instituted a reign of terror, ruthlessly shooting passengers and clubbing others offering resistance. They took control of the vessel, whica they commenced to loot thoroughly while compelling the officers at pistol point to manoeuvre the ship towards the shore, where sampans were waiting to remove the loot. Five Japanese passengers were killed and their bodies thrown overboard. Two Koreans and one Chinese woman shar'd the same fate. An ironical feature of the outrage is that the guards were specially carried to prevent piracies. ANOTHER CASE REPORTED SHANGHAI, September 20.
