ROAD CYCLING
OAMARU TO CHRISTCHURCH RACE (Per Umteh Press Association.i CHRISTCHURCH, September 20. Arrangements for tlie cycle road race from Oamaru to Christchurch’on Saturday have been completed. There will be checking stations at Waimate, Timaru, Geraldine, Ashburton and Dunsandel. A special meeting of the North Canterbury Athletic and Cycling Centre will be held on Monday to select the rider to represent New Zealand at the Centenary £IOOO at Melbourne.
