BRITISH LIBERALS , THE EXECUTIVE’S DECISION LONDON, September 19. The executive of the Liberal Federation has decided to contest as many seats as possible at the election. It is understood that it regards 400 as the minimum. There will be no compacts with other parties. The executive also passed a resolution demanding an armaments inquiry in Britain similar to that being held in America.
