(Received August. 15. at 11 p.m.) Mr Colin Stephen, chairman of the Australian Jockey Club, announced that the club’s revenue drooped from £300,000 in 1930 to £176.000 in 1933. and the prize money 'from £171.000 to £87,000 in the saine period, but for the year just closed the revenue showed an improvement of £12,000. the stakes being £BI,OOO.
