CELEBRATION OF JUBILEE PROGRAMME APPROVED: LONDON, July 2«. (Received July 26, at 10 p.m.) The Cabinet has, approved of Hie programme s for the , celebration of • th® jubilee of the King's accession. A general holiday will be proclaimed on May 6, the actual day of acceMion, on which children will be specially :entertained. Their Majesties will attend tie thanksgiving service at St. Paul’s. A naval review will be included in the programme. The Prime Ministers of .th® dominions will be present,, and it is intended to make the occasion an Empire family celebration.
