A railway worker, Mr H. E. Robinson formerly in the London Midland and Scottish carriage and wagon department Leeds, now in the Continental Office, St. Pancras, speaks French, German, and Italian. Mr Robinson also has a working knowledge of Russian, Swedish, Yiddish; can read and write Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew, Arabic, Hindustani, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, Latin and Greek. What languages he uses for love-making, or when he's angry, is a problem.
