THE CASE OF MRS BROAD INQUIRY BEING HELD. LONDON, December 14. (Received Dec. 14, at 11 p.m.) In the House of Commons Mr G. H. Shakespeare (Parliamentary Secretary for Health), replying to a question, said that the Middlesex County Council, which was responsible for the recent forcible removal of Mrs Broad to an asylum through a mistake in the address, was inquiring into the case. Ministerial action would be deferred till the result was known.
