GARRISONS STRENGTHENED PLANES SENT TO INNSBRUCK (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) VIENNA, September 6. (Received Sept. 6, at 5.5 p.m.) Eight aeroplanes have gone to Innsbruck for special frontier duly, and a machine gun unit and mountain howitzer batteries have been sent to the Tyrol to relieve the infantry at Innsbruck and Bregenz, where the garrisons have been strengthened by a Viennese regiment. It is the official intention not to leave the frontier unguarded for a moment.
