CONCESSIONS INUNDATED DANGER OF BIG FLOOD. SHANGHAI, June 25. The ex-German concession at Hankow was flooded by the Yangtse to a depth of 4in, while the low-lying parts of the French, Japanese, and ex-British concessions were likewise flooded. Further rains are contributing greatly to the danger of a big flood.
