ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
JUNIOR REPRESENTATIVE TEAM. f Messrs N. Keach, J. W. Patton, and J. Rigby have selected the following junior representative team to play Southland as a curtain-raiser to the F.A. Trophy match, Otago v. Canterbury, at the Caledonian Ground on June 24. The junior team’s performance will be looked forward to with a great deal of interest, as it is the first occasion for a number of years on which - a junior representative team has been seen in action: —Goal, R, Dickison (Technical Old Boys); fullbacks, J. Ramsay (Tramways), R. Gardiner (Leith, captain): halves—D. M'Grcgor (Technical Old Boys), Alcorn (Northern), A. Ramsay (Tramways); forwards—T. Hughes (Northern), J, Lang (Mornington), R. Peart (Northern), W. Fraser (Tramways), G. Watt (Technical Old Boys); emergencies—back, G. Anderson (Northern); half-back, L. Lowrie (Leith): forward, G. Anderson (Technical Old Boys).
