RUSSIAN TOFFEE

Russian toffee is wholesome, and is sure to please little people;—3oz butter, Boz sugar, half tin condensed milk. Melt the butter, add the sugar, and stir until dissolved. Add the condensed milk, and stir until it boils. Cook gently for 15 minutes, add a little essence of vanilla, if liked; pour into a greased tin, mark into squares, and leave it until it is cold.
